　　专家简介: 

　　1、王建斌教授。1995年于香港中文大学获得博士学位，后于美国纽约州立大学做博士后，2001年进入康奈尔大学分子医学系，先后做研究员和高级研究员。2011年全职回国，现任南昌大学基础医学院院长和南昌大学生物医学研究院院长。入选国家人社部“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”、国务院特殊津贴、江西省“赣鄱英才555工程”首批人选、获得中国侨界创新人才贡献奖，是自然科学基金委医学部肿瘤处二审专家组成员。 

　　多年来一直围绕肿瘤发生发展过程中的信号转导通路,特别是谷氨酰胺代谢的改变对肿瘤的影响进行了深入的研究，先后在Cancer Cell（封面文章）、 Nature Cell Biology 等国际重要期刊发表20多篇论文。科学研究得到了国家自然科学基金委多项基金的大力支持。 

　　2、Dr. Pei Wang received her Ph.D from Baylor College of Medicine. She did her postdoctoral training at Stanford University working with human embryonic stem cell differentiation. She joined the University of Texas Health San Antonio as faculty in 2012. Her lab is focused on the two major diseases of the pancreas: Diabetes which involves the endocrine tissue and PDAC (pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma) a cancer of the exocrine pancreas that is notorious for its dismal prognosis. Her lab uses both human tissue and mouse model to study PDAC tumorigenesis. Her lab is currently funded an R21 from NCI to establish " Novel model to study PDAC using normal human pancreatic tissue". She will receive an RO1 funding from NIDDK for " The Hippo signaling pathway in pancreatic epithelial cells orchestrate the inflammatory response"
